Like many of you, I also get tight legs and hips.

Tight hamstrings have been something that has caused me issues over the years, but I’ve found I’ve actually become more flexible by learning a few stretches that I can do throughout the week, or when I feel tight.

These simple but effective stretches will help you feel more flexible, allowing you to bend your back with more ease. (aka, putting your undies on without that tight feeling in your lower back! )

Better mobility makes us feel lighter, younger and free to be active and energetic.

It’s worth investing in a little movement now, so that in years to come you’ll have the movement and lifestyle you deserve.
