“It must be old age” – have you said this or heard others talk this way? 

Stiffness in your joints and overall aches and pains, can make you feel so much older than you are. People who feel like this can end up feeling like it’s just their lot in life and begin to accept that this is ‘just how life will be’. The sad thing is, when you accept this fate, women miss out on so much. Lack of energy and inability to move with ease can make you become a bystander and not fully participate in all the fun activities you see your family or friends doing.

But the truth is, you can do so much to get rid of the stiffness. And it’s actually easier than you might think. 

My method uses simple Pilates moves to get the body moving and reduce aches and pains. I have seen so many clients be amazed at the results of 10 -15 minutes a day of gentle targeted movement. 

Many women were skeptical at first! These women had tried so many other things that didn’t help. Yoga was too harsh on their joints, the gym was intimidating, they injured themselves in a group class.. The list goes on.

My approach is gentle on the joints, and will ‘wake up’ your body in a way that impacts your entire life. You can have the results these women have too. One thing they all comment on, is that it’s not that hard. This is so true. Moving well won’t hurt, and you’ll feel the benefits within a week.
