After the holiday season it can be easy to get swept up in the pressure to embark on a strict detox or diet.

I also didn’t workout as much as I normally do and I enjoyed loads of delicious ‘treat’ foods. – It was terrific!
But instead of launching into this new year with promises to detox, restrict or limit yourself, join me with thoughts about adding MORE.
You’ll be seeing plenty of programs popping up on social media at the moment declaring it’s time to detox and remove certain foods. One thing I know for sure is that I don’t want to start the year feeling like I’ve ‘fallen off the wagon’ if I can’t maintain one of these diets.
