  1. One Thing at a Time – There was a time when I thought multitasking was more efficient. But studies have shown that when we divide our attention between multiple tasks we are more likely to make mistakes and it takes longer than if you were to do the tasks individually.

One thing at a time is a more mindful and relaxed way to get things done.
