Make these 3 habits part of you day, and you’ll feel better, and look younger!
Drink more Water.
Most of us are dehydrated and don’t even realise it. Start to drink a lot of water and you’ll see your skin look brighter and reduce the ‘brain fog’ feeling.
More hydration will help your digestion, and your organs to function well. We need at least 2 Litres of water a day to feel our best.
Staying hydrated also reduces the urge to snack. Generally, I stick to 3 well balanced meals a day and avoid snacking. In between meals, I happily sip water and lemon, or on cold days brew some nice herbal teas.
Be Grateful.
Spend a few minutes every morning to think of, or even better to write down what you’re grateful for. From this place of feeling thankful it’s easier to achieve in your day what you’d like to do. It’ll put a smile on your face, which is always attractive and give you a sense of peace and purpose. I think once you begin to make this a habit, you’ll start to see more good around you as you move through your day.
Move.
Just 15 minutes is fine. Trust me. I’ve known this to be true in my own body and also seen the benefits in many women. Real results and true changes in how they look and feel. The trick is to get started and be consistent. You’ll feel better in a week. You’ll be able to move more easily, and notice a inner strength. Stick with it, and that feeling you have on the inside will show outward in just a couple of months.
This downloadable daily habits checklist is nice to fill in while you establish these habits in your life.
