My choc/mint smoothie bowl is a refreshing flavour combo that not only tastes amazing, but is good for you too.
This recipe serves one, and is perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Blending the ice and frozen banana in a high powered blender really makes the difference. You’ll find the texture creamy and smooth, and you’ll honestly feel like you’re having ice cream for lunch! Bliss.
So, what you’ll need is…
1c unsweetened cashew milk (or your choice of milk)
1/2 frozen banana
A big handful of spinach
6 mint leaves
1/2 small avocado
1 Tbs Cocoa nibs
Blend until smooth, and serve with an extra sprinkle of cocoa nibs or berries.
(You can always add extra goodies like chia seeds, protein powder or ground flax)
